The Casa del Leone Rampante also confirms that the future technology of autonomous driving will always be at the service of the pleasure of living the car. The engine of the Peugeot e-Legend Concept is 100% electric and thanks to the 100 kWh batteries develops 462 hp and a torque of 800 Nm distributed on a 4-wheel drive. The shot 0 – 100 km / h occurs in less than 4 seconds and the maximum speed reached by car is 220 km / h. The total autonomy of the car is 600 kilometers.
The autonomous driving levels are two, Soft and Sharp, as many as the traditional driving modes, Legend and Boost. The first one brings back to past times since on the display in front of the pilot appears a perfect digital reproduction of the analogue dashboard of the 504 Coupé. Even the wooden panels of the period are perfectly reproduced. The driving mode can be changed with a simple phrase, thanks to the voice-activated personal assistant.
The audio system then provides two new features: the “mapping” that allows you to send navigation messages only to the driver and the “zoning” that allows the total customization of the sound content.
